Although South Beach is famous for its Cuban and Peruvian food, Rosa Mexicano has created a niche for upscale Mexican with delicious entrees and fabulous drinks. Fantastic location on Lincoln Road. (There is also a Brickell location of Rosa Mexicano, which is very nice.)
