This is the premier baker in Wynwood, where Zak bakes loaves and treats to sell at Whole Foods stores around the city. His fans are loyal like a true fan club, and this bake shop usually sells out of everything good by mid-day. There's also sandwiches, coffee, all sorts of stuff. Seating is not overly plentiful, but it is still a good spot to sit and nosh.
