clean, comfortable, cheap
OK, the Ritz it ain't, but the location was perfect, the room was enormous, and the staff could not have been more helpful. Other guests were friendly; we had a great time talking on the porch out front. We would definitely stay there again
Decent low-cost South Beach Guesthouse.
This is not an exclusive gay guest house; lots of straights and no cruising, but it is gay friendly and a decent place to stay 1 block north of the beach & close to great South Beach attractions. It's also affordable & they have a great breakfast buffet. If you stay & have a car, park in the public parking garage on 13th street; it's cheap & close to Island House.

NOT A GAY HOTEL!!!!
Ive been there and is not a gay hotel!!,the owner take advantage from gay people saying that!!use to be a gay hotel,,not anymore,anyway,the manager ricky is great,also the rest of the staff
