12th Street Beach is loudly and proudly gay. Populated mostly by gay men, you'll also find some pockets of lesbians, and even a few straight women who enjoy bathing topless away from the prying eyes of straight men. Look for the rainbow flags by the lifeguard stations, across the street from Palace Disco.

This is the first gay beach I've seen that actually advertises itself as such... you can see the rainbow flags planted in the sand as you walk toward the water from the street. Fantastic white sand, beautiful turquoise water, and hot hot HOT men everywhere you look. Definitely motivation to go to the gym! You can also rent chairs, umbrellas, and buy soft-drinks from attendants nearby. Only one think would make it better... frozen cocktails!
What's It Good for You?
These men have like the best physiques around. Not you cookie cutter gym bunnies; big chest, no legs. I am not sure if is all natural, or if enhancement performance drugs are involved, whatever it is I need to buy some. Rent a chair with a beach towel, and umbrella. Sit back pour yourself the mojito you camouflaged as lemonade, enjoy the view, not just the gay section, hell they are all over. The straight guys are more daring in their swimwear. Try to manage your iPhone with one hand; use your imagination. Remember clean any wet spots when turning in the towel.
