Twelve distinguished culinary minds will compete on stage in six categories during the evening, held annually at the GOYA Culinary Pavilion at the site of the South Beach Seafood Festival, the night before the festival event.
Among a wide array of competition dishes, guests will enjoy a full Sustainable Seafood raw bar provided by Whole Foods Market, and full open bar. If you love food and lots of it, this is one you can’t miss. Tickets begin at the introductory price of $100. This is expected to increase as tickets are limited. 2015 categories include Battle Octopus, Battle Surf n’ Turf, Battle Italian, Battle Lobster, Battle Crudo, & Battle Taco.
