Curated by Rubén Esparza. A national survey focusing on the current moment in Queer/LGBT culture. Artists included do not shy away from sexuality, identity, the body, and all around queerness. The exhibition invites viewers to parse and ponder queer archetypes from the sacred to the profane. This is the first Queer Biennial anchored in Los Angeles, New York, Miami, Mexico and Paris. www.queerbiennial.com
